Herbs: Alfalfa May Just Be the Father of All Herbs

Alfalfa was recommended to treat upset stomachs back in 1597 by an English herbalist, John Gerard. While in the Americas, Colombians have been using Alfalfa to treat coughs. All five viscera have been treated by the Chinese, including intestinal and kidney disorders.

Arabs has called Alfalfa the "father of all herbs".

The leaves of Alfalfa have 8 amino acids. They also carry a lot of beta-carotene, which can help the immune system and skin. Plus, Alfalfa is high in Vitamin K. If you know anything about this unusual vitamin, you know that it's helpful for morning sickness in pregnant women. It's also reliable in supplying animals with Vitamin E. And, Alfalfa is unbelievably rich in calcium.

Alfalfa stimulates and feeds the Pituitary gland. Just so know, the Pituitary gland or hypohysis is a small pea-sized part of the brain that helps control growth, blood pressure, breast milk and a number of other essential things.

In other words, Alfalfa is full of all the known vitamins and minerals for healthy living.

True effects

Alfalfa has been used to treat arthritis, kidney disorders, skin disorders, and liver problems. I also found out when I took this wonderful magic potion – so to speak, my armpits didn't stink nearly as much anymore and the odor from my breath was going away. The bacteria from perspiration causes that rank odor under your arms. Alfalfa is well-known for being a deodorizer due its Chlorophyll content. Just to satisfy your curiosity, Chlorophyll is the molecule that absorbs sunlight in plants. The same bacteria from perspiration causes bad breath and rank odors from your crotch area. Trust me, if you take Alfalfa, you'll notice a big difference.

Alfalfa will attack, kill and calm acids, and poisons in the body. I suffer from GERD, and I get heartburn frequently. But this annoying and painful problem went away when I started taking this magic pill.

Alfalfa can help in the body's struggle to fight off diseases. Recently, I have been in a movie theater with an obviously very sick and contageous person coughing directly behind me. Two days later, there's still no reason for me to believe that I've come down with this bug.

With the natural flouride in Alfalfa, this magic pill can help prevent tooth decay. And, just so you know, flouride found in many other resources can be an alluminum manufactered by-product that is poisonous to your body.

Plus, for vegetarians in need of B-12, this wonderful herb is just perfect for you.

Personal note: The full effect of this pill is hard to put into words. I just know that I feel healthier, I smell healthier, and look healthier because of it.
